Description
Located in a truly exceptional site on the edge of the Chamois slope, this unique mountain lodge lies in a calm and remote area, overlooking the village of Megeve and the surrounding mountains. The centre of town can be reached by ski or a short 5 minute stroll. From the ski resort one has access to the Mont d’Arbois and Rochebrune lifts. The property is partly ski in and perfectly ski out.
The house has recently been redone with high end materials like Venice stone, Lemon stone and Wenge wood to transform it into a unique, very chic and contemporary lodge with lots of taste, luxurious details and nice works of art in every room.
The entrance is on the ground floor, as well as a ski room with boot heaters and a hammam decorated with sea stones as well as a fitness area. At the upper level, the living rooms are spacious and full of light. The second floor boasts the bedrooms and provides breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and Mont Joly and the sparkling lights of Megeve. Each of the 4 bedrooms upstairs has its own bathroom made of volcanic stone, and a plasma television. A comfortable accommodation room located on the ground floor can also be used for adolescents or staff.
The house is south-west facing and takes advantage of a fully exposed sun terrace with superb panoramic views.
