In other words, we charge our time and work in clear and understandable reports submitted to you each month or available online at any time.

Each property has a dedicated manager enabling each owner to rely on the expertise of a single on-site trustworthy point of contact dealing with every aspect of the management, hands-on and just a phone call away.

Importantly, Boutiq Chalets does not take any kickback from the external contractors working for you as we are on your side only and we want to remain absolutely independent to handpick the best providers and to challenge any work/service should this be needed to protect your interests.
